Terms & Conditions

All of our instructors are self-employed and not employed by Accelerate Driving School, therefore any disputes financial or other are a matter solely between the instructor and the customer.

Deposits and Block Booking Payments - These are non-refundable should the customer then choose not to take up driving lessons with Accelerate Driving School.

​

Cancellations - Lessons cancelled OR rescheduled (it amounts to the same thing) giving less than 48 hours notice will be chargeable at the full lesson price. Lessons cancelled due to sickness are still chargeable at the full lesson price. The exception being where a doctors note, or in the case of COVID a verifiable positive test result are provided.

Road Safety - We reserve the right to withdraw our cars from tests without notice should a pupil not be up to test standard.

Responsibility - We cannot be held responsible for postponements of lessons or tests due to illness or mechanical breakdown.

​

Vouchers -  Valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
