Terms & Conditions

1. All our instructors are self employed and not employed by Accelerate Driver Training , therefore any disputes financial or other are a matter soley between the instructor and the customer.
2. Deposits and block booking payments are unrefundable should the customer choose not to take up driving lessons with Accelerate Driver Training.
3. Cancellations- A minimum of 48 hours notice must be given directly to the instructor via their mobile phone or a cancellation charge will be made.
4. Road Safety - We reserve the right to withdraw our cars from tests without notice should a pupil not be up to test standard.
5. Responsibility - We cannot be held responsible for postonements of lessons or tests due to illness or mechanical breakdown.
6. Introductory Offers - Please note that dependent on the area you live and the times you are available to take lessons not all introductory offers and block booking discounts may be available.
